Need help with Cedar Assistant?
Cedar Assistant runs large language models locally through Ollama and can also use Apple Intelligence features where available. If something isn't working as expected — models not loading, Apple Intelligence handoff issues, slow responses, or anything else — reach out and we'll take a look.

Fill this out with as much detail as you can, especially about which model you were using in Ollama and whether Apple Intelligence was enabled.
Before you reach out
- • Check that Ollama is running and the model you selected is downloaded.
- • Confirm Cedar Assistant has the macOS permissions it needs (network access, local models, and any Apple Intelligence toggles you've enabled).
- • If things broke after a system update, mention your new macOS version and whether Apple Intelligence just became available or changed behavior.
